For products that are lost in transit and do not arrive, we offer a full refund.
For products that arrive damaged, we offer a full refund contingent on a photograph of the damaged item, and that the item is returned (you will be provided a shipping label). We will submit a refund once the item has been received.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
