Can I reference first party content in my 3pp module?

Occasional Easter eggs referencing first party content are allowed. However we are currently not approving 3pp modules that are direct tie ins or sequels to first party content.

For example: a table entry that makes reference to Prospero’s Dream is allowed. A module set on Prospero’s Dream would not be.
